From October 31 - November 3, Miranda & Irmão participated in the 2018 Taipei Cycle Show in Taiwan. Miranda’s event presence was inline with its international marketing strategy to promote the Portuguese brand at this significant global event
This edition witnessed a date change by organizers in order to fit better with the launch periods of the biggest brands.
For Miranda this was another opportunity to exhibit at the Taipei Cycle Show, Taiwan’s bicycle industry trade show where the latest innovations were presented.
It should be noted that in Portugal, development of the two-wheeled sector has seen strong growth, and has emerged as the third largest producer in the latest European rankings, and the first-ranked European exporter. Earning those distinctions is one thing, maintaining them is quite another and Portugal will embrace challenges to sustain growth and maintain its position in European production rankings. An additional nationwide ambition is to gain greater market share in terms of added value; it is Miranda & Irmão's intention to seize on all initiatives in order to achieve these goals.
Following this year’s Taipei Cycle Show, João Filipe Miranda, Miranda & Irmão’s CMO, reminded us that the brand "is already a routine exhibitor in this annual show,” and stressed that it is "extremely important for the sector at the international level, to treat it as one of the world’s biggest bicycle shows."
