In addition to losing weight compared to standard ring+spider+bolt

combinations, a direct mount 1x chainring with ChainFlow® 3D technology

reacts instantly to your pedaling force for a smoother ride experience.

T-shaped chainring teeth engage directly with the chain’s rollers for instant

contact, and securely seat the chain for maximum surface contact, and better

chain load distribution and guidance. Mounting the chainring directly onto the

spindle improves rigidity so that pedaling force is transferred instantly to the

drivetrain to propel you forward.
