Testing & validation
Quality control begins with material selection and continues through production to final validation. Dimensional inspection, in-process checks, mechanical testing and fatigue tests help assess whether a component meets its technical requirements.
The Quality Department works alongside engineering and production. Physical prototypes created through CNC machining and 3D printing provide the link between a digital model and practical evaluation.

bigger process.
The Miranda Factory Team adds feedback from demanding riding and competition. Laboratory results and rider experience inform refinement; independent laboratories provide additional validation where required. Applicable tests and approvals are defined for the specific component.
